Shaun Blake has been in the Building Industry for 32 years covering a variety of building and roofing work on both an employed and self employed basis.
Shaun started by converting and renovating large Retirement homes and then went on to a company in London as a Steeple jack and roofing contractor which led to more specialist work involving Churches, listed buildings, heritage and conservation projects furthering his career to the level of project manager.
This experience led him to opening his own company for approximately 15 years. Working on his own enjoying all types of building work but developing a passion for heritage, listed and conservation projects.
Matt Stanley has been in the Building Industry for 18 years, as a self employed Bricklayer working on his own projects such as extensions, driveways and landscaping, also working as a subcontractor on larger projects.
Matt and Shaun worked together on various jobs for a few years before deciding to join strengths and form Blake Developments.
As Blake Developments we are able to offer a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience. Offering building design service for most domestic work, covering small to large heritage projects and have also contracted to a few large commercial companies.
Blake Developments is a friendly, independent business, which is dedicated in providing high-level workmanship. We are pleased to say that the majority of the work we undertake comes from recommendations from our previous clients.
